Spa Policies
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your total at checkout. Appointments are confirmed only once the deposit is received. Waxing and Laser appointments can be called in or emailed to book.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for 24–48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling to respect other clients’ time. Late arrivals will shorten your treatment time or result in cancellation if more than 15 minutes late.
No-Show Policy
No-shows result in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Refunds & Exchanges
All service sales are final. Product exchanges may be accepted for unused, unopened items within 7 days.
Health & Safety
Please notify your esthetician of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before treatment. For your safety, some services may need to be rescheduled based on skin condition or medications.
